Monty’s career journey has been not only mutually profitable for him and his employers but also allowed him to touch the lives of his customers and their students that have benefited by the wise decisions of administrators and faculty of so many institutions. His journey has impacted such juggernauts as McGraw-Hill; Holt, Rinehart and Winston; Macmillan Publishers; and Harper and Row Publishers. He has performed various roles with distinction, including: Public Speaker, Keynote Speaker, Corporate Trainer, Communication Coach, Professional Speaker, Presentation Skills Trainer, Workshop Facilitator, Executive Speech Coach, Instructor/Lecturer, Management/Leadership Trainer. Looking forward, he wants to share his wisdom and provide servant leadership during corporate transitions and major corporate events. He can be a composed leader to reduce individual and corporate stress during deployments of system upgrades, mergers, onboarding, and staff reductions. During the course of his journey he has experienced challenges that have made him stronger and enabled him to help others with similar situations. By the way, his BS is from University of Central Florida with emphasis on Speech, Theater, and English.
